Please read these guidelines for game photo publication before submitting your photos:

1) Please submit up to five photos per player per week. If you have more than one child playing, you may submit photos for each child, even if they play on the same team.

2) Other players may appear in the photo even if their parents submit the same or similar photo.

3) If any names on the backs of jerseys are visible, they will be blurred out prior to publishing. No players' names will be published on the site.

4) All submissions must include the following information in order to be published: game date, time, field, age group, and teams.

For example:

Game date: June 1. Time: 5:30. Field: Algoma. Age: U15 Teams: 2 versus 6 (or use the sponsor names/jersey colors if you wish)

Please include your name in your email for follow up purposes only. Your name will not be published unless you would like a photo credit to be added.

Photo submissions missing any of the above information and that do not follow these guidelines will not be published. Submissions will only be accepted from parents or guardians.

Publication of photos is at the discretion of the KCYSA Board of Directors and their decision is final.

Every attempt will be made to get the photos up by the week following each game.
