2012 Bumble Bee Registration
Bumble Bees (4/5 year olds) may still register on-line through Blue Sombrero. . Included in the registration fee is a player jersey and participation medal/trophy.
Registrations for all other age groups closed as of April 15. If you have any questions or concners, please contact Lisa Holzwarth, Director of Registration, phone: 920-845-5851 or email: registration@kcysa.org. Waiting-list registrants are not guaranteed placement on a team. Registration fees will be collected only if you are placed on a team.
No refund policy: KCYSA has a no refund policy for registration fees collected, even if the player decides not to play prior to the start of the season. Thank you for respecting this policy.
A Note About This Year's Jersey: The sizing for this year's jersey is running about one size larger than last year's jersey. For example, If you ordered an XL last year, you could order a Large this year. If you did not make it to the Open House to size a jersey, you can stop by QualiT in Luxemburg. They will have the samples on hand at the shop.
You may move a player up one division to be with an older sibling. Register the younger sibling in the correct age group based on their current age, then make a special request to move the younger sibling up with the older sibling. Please refer to our program information pages for more information.
